Design Process
Design Begins
A designer from our team will begin hand-drawing your unique personalized design upon receiving your order.
Design Approval
Once the design is ready, you will receive an e-mail with a preview for approval. This can take up to 2-3 days (or 24 hours if you opt-in for "Fast Track Your Design".
Optional: Revisions
In case you would like any changes on your design, we will make sure to accommodate them (beware that this will delay the production of your item).
Important: If no feedback or response is provided within 3 days, your design will be automatically approved.
Production & Delivery
Production
As soon as your design is approved, we will move your order into production. This usually takes between 1 to 3 business days.
Packaging
Your unique product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping and Delivery
Once ready, we will ship your order and provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
